【使用方式】從袋中取出1片後，將重疊的薄型耳掛打開，將白色的那一面貼於眼睛，再將耳掛掛在左右兩邊耳背，如帶眼罩一樣. 眼膜在打開後會自動開始發熱. 溫度會慢慢上升，最終的熱度不會過熱. 使用時應閉上眼睛上，讓蒸氣的暖意輕易地消除眼睛疲累，約十至十五分鐘後除去，可舒緩眼部疲勞，有助去黑眼圈，幫助入睡
