十大重要健康建議
世界癌症研究基金會提出了十條建議,不僅僅針對預防癌症,對大部份的慢性疾病,如心腦血管病、糖尿病都有重要意義。
1) 在正常體重範圍內,盡可能地瘦。肥胖易導致癌症和心腦血管病、糖尿病。有些抽煙者表面上不胖,其實體內儲存了過多的脂肪,甚至已經影響到了內臟的功能。
2) 每天至少從事40分鐘帶氧運動,散步、打太極、瑜伽、球類、踩單車等。
3) 不要喝含糖飲料,不要吃高糖食品,或者低纖維、高脂肪的加工食品,如漢堡包、炸薯條等等垃圾食物。麵包、糕點沒有纖維,不能每天當飯吃,是引起直腸癌的高危食物。
4) 多吃各種蔬菜、水果、全麥食品和豆類。
5) 限制紅肉,包括豬、牛、羊肉的攝入,少吃經過高溫加工的肉製品,如紅腸、罐頭(還含有防腐劑)等等。
6) 限制飲酒。男性飲酒每天不超過兩份,女性飲酒每天不超過一份。這裏說的一份是指含酒精10-15克,相等於280毫升的啤酒(一罐)、125毫升的葡萄酒、25毫升的烈酒。含酒精量超過40%的算是烈酒,一個普通玻璃水杯有250毫升。
7) 限制攝入鹽醃製食品以及用鹽加工的食品。
8) 不要依賴膳食補充劑(造成丸仔的營養補充劑)預防癌症。
9) 母親對嬰兒最好進行頭6個月的完全母乳餵養。
10) 西醫說的治好了癌症,其實身體內的環境未必已經改善到完全擺脫癌症的威脅,癌症還是有可能轉移,所以生活及飲食必須永遠小心。
